Rafter V Ozark Farms is a regenerative farm raising lamb and flowers, uniquely located within the city limits of Fayetteville. We are situated, on 30 acres that have been in the Vann family for almost 50 years. Rafter V Ozark Farms believes strongly in supporting our local community while sustainably stewarding the land we call home.
Lamb Reservation Information
Locally raised, grass-fed lamb from our regenerative, sustainable family farm to you!
We are currently taking reservations for whole and half lamb for December and January pickup.
Whole lamb: $350 includes processing fee
Approximately 40-50 lbs of process lamb
Includes: Two legs of lamb, two shoulder roasts, choice of rack of lamb or chops, plus ground lamb
Half lamb: $180 includes processing fee
Approximately 20-25 lbs of processed lamb
Includes leg of lamb, shoulder roast, chops and ground lamb
$100 deposit to reserve lamb for your freezer
